Associate - Nursing Care Services

Objective

The role of Nurse is to deliver comprehensive patient care services.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Provide ward orientation to the patient
• Explain the procedure visiting time and treatment related queries of the patient
• Ensure the investigation is carried out without delay.
• Provide patient and family education 
• Inform the patient facilities & privileges available for them.
• To promote a patient focused approach to care in collaboration with all relevant health care Professionals
• Carry out routine Nursing care Procedures.
• Assist in admission and discharge of the patients.
• Provide psychological support and clarify the doubts of the patients and relatives.
• Ensure adequate infection control & waste management practices.

• To attended at least 80% training classes. 
• Any other creative work done
• Aptitude towards their work.
 

Education

Diploma / Bachelors in nursing recognized by Nursing council of India Must be registered with State/Indian Nursing council.

0-3 Years

Healthcare / Service industry

Knowledge

• Competent in providing prompt and high quality patient care. Knowledge.
• Demonstrate compliance to laid down policies and protocols.
• Builds good interpersonal relationships
