Objective
The incumbent is responsible for assisting Head-HR in management & delivery of all HR Services, with a strong focus on employee relationship management
Principal Accountabilities :
Principal Accountabilities
(A) Strategic
1. Strategic
• Provide inputs to Head HR on various HR policies.
• Provide inputs on annual manpower budget.
• Provide inputs for creation of Human Resources System that meets information needs on manpower planning, hiring and support all low cost channels of recruitments.
• Give inputs on vendor selection of staffing partners for recruitment & other activities.
(B) Operational
1. HR Services
• Assist Head-HR in implementation of organizational development activities e.g. culture building and retention (Reward & recognition programs)
• Coordinate & assist in audit activities
• Manage relationship with all employees (full time/ contract) by resolving queries, communicating policies, capturing feedback
• Process manpower requisition form and ensure relevant hiring profile is in place
• Identify search medium as per policy and liaise with vendors/ agencies accordingly
• Continuously look for ways to improve sourcing process
2. Joining/ Separation Formalities
• Ensure that all process related to new hire formalities are adhered as per policy:
• Contribute to induction program as & when required
• Ensure all process regarding separation cases are as per policy.
3. Payroll & Leave management
• Communicate leave policy to all employees, especially new joinees.
• Ensure all process related to payroll & management are as per laid policies.
4. Internal Communication/ MIS
• Communicate appropriate management decisions to all AHI employees.
• Prepare the MIS report for all HR services.
5. HRIS/ Personnel Records
• Implementation of HR policies through detailed work process flow charts.
6. Performance Management System
• Coordinate the various performance management activities (KRA Setting, Appraisal) and collate data for employees.
• Ensure adequate training is delivered (by coordinating with Div Head –Training) to all concerned employees as per plan
7. People Management & Development
• Develop key performance indicators for various team members as per company policy
• Enhance team performance through developmental exercises, Reward & Recognition programs
• Develop own skills & knowledge
8. Vendor Management
• All new and old empanelment to be managed
• Manage vendors specific to employee relations and activities
9. Decision-Making Authorities
• Functional authority
• Decisions taken by the Incumbent:
Short listing of CVs, Salary bench marking and negotiation.
• Decisions Incumbent recommends or participates in

Education
The incumbent should be MBA/PGD-HR or postgraduate degree
Experience
He/she should have least 9+ years of experience in Human Resources (including 3 years in a managerial role)
