Objective

To maintain a harmonious balance of energies in the Hospital, between patients, attendants and internal stakeholders. 
To foster and encourage growth as well as development for self.
 

Principal Accountabilities :

Principal  Accountabilities:
Operational
• To meet and escort VIP/ VVIP patients/ customers.
• End-to-end co-ordination with all Doctors and VIP patients for any queries/ assistance.
• To conduct Floor Rounds and meet patients marked for ‘discharge’.
• To man the various stations as per weekly/ monthly roster. 
• To distribute feedback forms and collect them.
• To assist in Maternity Rounds.

Administrative
• Data Entry: entry of feedback into the system
• To maintain records and details of Home Care appointments.
• To indent and arrange the stationery requirements for the team.

Personal Development
• Domain-related sessions attended: at least 4 per quarter
• Mandatory Trainings: 100% compliance
• Soft Skills/ Other trainings: at least 2 per quarter

Experience

1 - 4 years of relevant experience in a large hospital or in service industry

Knowledge

Functional/ Technical
