Executive - Nursing Care Services

Objective

To provide comprehensive Nursing Care and can manage ill patients.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Ensures and guides optimum utilization of physical facilities, qualitative and economic use of general / clinical supplies.
• Infection control, Health care waste management, awareness of patients rights & safety issues, relationship building.
• Inventory management. in the concerned area
• Assess nature and extent of illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures.
• Maintain medical equipment, and replenish first-aid equipment and supplies.
• Observe, record, and report to physician the patient's condition or injury, the treatment provided, and reactions to drugs and treatment.
• Perform emergency diagnostic and treatment procedures, such as suction, airway management and heart monitoring, during ambulance ride.
• Administer drugs, orally or by injection, and perform intravenous procedures under a physician's direction.
 

Performance Parameters

• Management of Critically ill patients.
• Effective handling of code blue.
• Making diagnosis and giving treatment to patients who are seriously ill or have life-threatening conditions. 
• Compliance towards Nursing sop’s & protocols
• Timely and correct documentation
 

Education

Diploma / Bachelors in nursing recognized by Nursing council of India Must be registered with State/Indian Nursing council.

Experience

Diploma / Bachelors in nursing recognized by Nursing council of India Must be registered with State/Indian Nursing council.

Preferable - M.sc Degree/BLS/ACLS
